Retain Customers with Promotional Strategies & Improved Communication
Staying in touch with your customers has never been easier. With the help of both the poddle Promotion Centre and Message Centre, you can engage with your customers both directly and indirectly to help you gain more Followers, increase loyalty, and grow sales.
There are three things you can promote to keep your customers coming back for more:
- Promote my Retain & Grow Scheme - Keep promoting your Loyalty Rewards as part of your Retain & Grow Scheme so your customers know what they get in return for being a loyal customer.
- Promote my Campaign Deals – Keep sharing your sales campaign, via as many channels as you can to increase the number of people you reach and the number of sales you make.
- Promote Everything – Keep promoting your Business Profile to make sure everyone remains aware of all the rewards and campaigns your business has on offer; maximising your exposure.
Once you select one of the options from the list above, you will be provided with three promotional methods you can use.
- Shout about them on social media.
- Click on one or more of the social media buttons on your Promotion Centre to post a unique link to your Retain & Grow Scheme or sales campaign.
- This will link straight to a draft social media post on the platform you have chosen, which you can edit as you wish to promote your Loyalty Rewards.
- Share a link via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or anywhere else!
- There is a pre-generated link that you can copy and paste wherever you need.
- Use a QR code on your premises or marketing materials.
- Step 1 – Download this unique QR code. The code is generated automatically and is specific to either the Retain & Grow Scheme or the specific sales campaign you have created.
- Step 2 – Create some marketing materials like a poster or a picture to share on social media, and insert the QR code into the design. Write 'Scan me' next to the code so customers know what to do.
- Step 3 – Promote your marketing materials online, or display them in and around your premises.
When these promotions have been released, you will be able to see your Analytics at a glance, which shows you the number of clicks on your promotions up to the current date.
