How to Add poddle to Your Safe Senders List

Occasionally, important emails sent from @poddle.co.uk domain can get stuck in spam or junk filters, so we’ve put together a comprehensive step-by-step guide for the most used email service providers to help you add poddle to your safe senders list.

Gmail

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner in Gmail.
  3. Click See all settings from the Quick settings.
  4. On the navigation bar on this page, click on Filters and Blocked Addresses.
  5. Select Create a new filter.
  6. Add the poddle email domain @poddle.co.uk in the From field. 
  7. Click Create filter, which will open a new window.
  8. Now select Never send it to spam on the list of boxes provided.
  9. Click Create filter to save.
 
Gmail App
  1. Open the Gmail app.
  2. Click on the three lines in the top left-hand corner.
  3. Click on Spam or Junk folder. 
  4. Select a message you want to open.
  5. Select the option Report not spam. You can now receive emails from that sender as normal.

 

Yahoo / Sky 

  1. Sign into your Yahoo inbox on the web.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner in Yahoo.
  3. A menu will appear. Click on the three dots that show More Settings.
  4. Select Filters from the left-hand side menu.
  5. Click Add new filters with a plus sign.
  6. An Edit filter section will appear.
  7. Name the filter and fill in the form.
  8. Add the email address, domain name, or writing that may be in the body of the email.
  9. Save the filter.
Yahoo App
  1. Open the Yahoo Mail mobile app.
  2. Click on the Inbox folder icon on the bottom left-hand corner of the app screen.
  3. Click Spam from the options.
  4. Select an email from a sender you want to always receive emails from.
  5. Click Move and then select the location as Inbox.

 

Outlook / Live / Hotmail / MSN

Back in 2013, the familiar email servers of hotmail.com, live.comand msn.com all became the Outlook.com domain that we know today. If you searched for each of the three domains above, you will automatically be redirected to the Outlook.com login page. 

  1. Sign into your Outlook inbox on the web.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner in Outlook.
  3. A pop up menu will appear. 
  4. Select Mail from the settings menu on the left-hand side.
  5. Click on Junk mail from the sub-menu.
  6. You will see an Add button with a plus sign under Safe senders and domains. Click this.
  7. Enter the email address you want to ensure does not end up in spam.
  8. Click Save. 
 
Outlook App
  1. Open the Outlook app.
  2. Click on the Outlook icon in the top left-hand corner. 
  3. Select the Junk folder from the navigation menu. 
  4. Select a message from a sender you want to always receive emails from.
  5. Click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the email.
  6. Click Not Junk.
  7. The email will be moved into your Inbox folder.

 

iCloud

  1. Log in to your iCloud account in your browser.
  2. Enter the verification code sent to your Apple devices, if prompted.
  3. Click on the Quick Access dots in the top right-hand corner. 
  4. Select Contacts from the menu. 
  5. You will get redirected to the Contacts page. 
  6. Click on the plus sign in the top right-hand corner and select Create New Contact. 
  7. Click the plus sign next to the email address and select which type of email it is. 
  8. Add all your contact details.
  9. Click Done to save.

 

AOL

  1. Log in to your AOL account.
  2. From the list on the left-hand side of the webpage, click on Contacts. 
  3. Click the New Contact icon with the plus sign.
  4. Add the contact details including the email address.
  5. Click Save.

 

Mail.com

  1. Log in to mail.com and select Email on the navigation panel.
  2. From the list on the left-hand side of the webpage, click on Allowlist under the Security dropdown menu.
  3. Enter the required email address or Domain. 
  4. Click Save. 

 

BT Internet / BT Connect 

  1. Log in to your BT Internet account.
  2. Click on the Settings tab.
  3. Select Safe senders folder.
  4. Click on the Add button.
  5. Enter the email address you want to mark as safe.
  6. Click Save
