poddle Control Centre Users 

Now that you have set up your Business Profile, you can add and manage your users. To get to this next section, click on the Users section on the left-hand side of the poddle Control Centre navigation panel. 

 

How do I manage staff access to my poddle business account? 

Users - Add your staff as users so they can help you promote your Retain & Grow Scheme to customers.

Your poddle Control Centre is your central hub for managing all aspects of how your business uses poddle to increase customer loyalty and sales. When adding users, you can restrict or grant access to what your staff can see and do on the Control Centre.

There are currently two types of account users with poddle:

 

  • Super User - Accounts created for Super Users will have access to more account management features than Standard Users. This user type will typically be reserved for the business owners and/or top management. As a Super User, you can: 

 

  • Standard User - The majority of staff accounts will be created as Standard Users, which allows them to perform any task required to help you manage your Retain & Grow Scheme, and once unlocked, your Accelerate Growth tools. Standard Users cannot add, remove, or amend other account users. As a Standard User, you can: 

 

How to Add & Manage Users

You can set up your poddle Control Centre Users by following the steps below: 

  • Click on the blue Create new button on the top right-hand corner of the screen. 
  • Select their Role from the dropdown menu.
  • First Name and Last Name.
  • Add their Email Address.
  • Activate them as a user by toggling the "Make this user active?" button. 
  • Click the tick box to select if you would like to make them a Business Booster or not. 
  • Once the User has been created, they can manage their own profile on the poddle Control Centre through the My Profile section. They will receive an email (make sure to tell them to check their emails, including their junk folder or mark poddle as a safe sender) to access their account. 
Note - Business boosters get their own code to promote your business and gain followers, so you can monitor their performance and reward them accordingly.
