The poddle Message Centre is your simple and effective way to communicate with your Followers.
Broadcast Messages
With the poddle Message Centre, you can instantly send a push notification broadcast directly to your selected audience to promote your Retain & Grow Scheme or Sales Campaigns.
Use the steps below to start broadcasting important messages to your followers:
- Step 1 – Click on Send New Broadcast. You will be redirected to a new page.
- Type a message to your customers and it will be in the palm of their hands in seconds.
- Step 2 – Select who will be receiving the message.
- i) all of your followers on poddle, or
- ii) anyone who has claimed or purchased a deal from you but has yet to redeem it.
- Step 3 – Title of the notification. Make specific or leave it as is: “New Message from [Business Name].”
- Step 4 - Hit send.
- Step 5 – Once sent, you can see the date and time, a message preview, who you sent it to, the user who sent it, and the number of clicks or how many followers the message got sent to.
