Manage Your Subscription 

How do I set up my subscription plan and manage billing?

After your FREE Demo meeting, assuming you would like to join poddle and get access to all our system, technology and support, you will be sent a link to begin your subscription. With this subscription, your dedicated account manager will support you in the creation of your poddle Control Centre.

You can subscribe to poddle by first confirming your plan.

You will need to enter your business details including your country/region, first name, last name, address, and telephone number.

Your Plan Details will be noted on this page. As part of your poddle subscription, you will gain access to poddle for up to 4 Staff Members, a Retain & Grow Scheme to start gaining loyal customers, which you can manage on a Customer Database, contact them with an in-built Message Centre, and track your analytics and progress with a Dashboard & Daily Reports.

After making a one-time payment you will receive your poddle Toolkit, which includes:

  • NFC tags
  • Posters
  • Window stickers
  • Business cards

You can double-check your details with the Payment Summary and when you’re ready you can enter your Card Information to start your poddle journey.

Within 24 hours of subscribing (typically much faster), you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to your account.

 

 

Log In to poddle

Once you have joined poddle, you will receive an email to log in and set your password. Make sure to mark poddle as a safe sender! To do this, follow our step-by-step guide here.

Once you have logged in to your poddle Dashboard, you will see a menu which details exactly what you need to do to get started:

  • Provide your business description. 
  • Add any social media or website links. 
  • Add your opening hours.
  • Add any key staff as users. 
  • Create your Retain & Grow Scheme. 

You can return to this menu anytime by clicking the red exclamation mark at the top right of your poddle Control Centre.
